-
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, you’ll be greeted by our guide and driver and transferred to your hotel for check-in, luggage drop-off, and some time to relax. In the afternoon, we hold a brief orientation before heading out for cityscape photography at dusk and blue hour, capturing dynamic motion blur along the Saigon River.
After the shoot, a welcome dinner awaits us at a nearby restaurant.
-
We begin the day by using drones to capture the city coming to life at sunrise. After breakfast and a short rest at the hotel, we head into Chinatown to photograph the energy of daily street life.
In the afternoon, we travel to Long An in the Mekong Delta, where river traffic and water transport create dynamic scenes. A relaxed boat journey through Tan Lap Floating Village follows, allowing us to photograph the lush wetlands and the maze of Melaleuca trees that define the Delta’s striking swamp landscapes.
-
This morning, we join local communities in harvesting water lilies, photographing one of southern Vietnam’s most iconic scenes—workers and local women dressed in traditional “Áo Bà Ba”, conical hats, and “khăn rằn” (the black-and-white checked scarf).
We then return to Saigon for a flight to Nha Trang, continuing south to Phan Rang, where our photographic journey unfolds amid dramatic landscapes. As evening approaches, we photograph shepherds guiding their sheep home, capturing this serene moment as the sun sets and the sky glows with warm golden light, bringing the day’s shooting to a close.
-
Before dawn, we venture into the heart of Cham villages, where centuries-old culture unfolds amid pristine sand dunes. With cameras ready, we capture the rich tapestry of Cham life—from vibrant traditions to the quiet rhythms of everyday moments.
After the morning shoot, we return to the hotel for breakfast and a short rest. Later, near Phan Rang, another compelling scene awaits as fishermen repair vast stretches of green fishing nets.
We then continue to Doc Let, where we settle in and rest, preparing for the early morning adventures ahead.
-
Next, we head to the breathtaking Hon Khoi Salt Fields. Set along Khanh Hoa’s shimmering coastline, these salt ponds form vast reflective surfaces where diligent workers move rhythmically through the light—creating scenes that feel almost otherworldly, like tropical arctic landscapes by the sea.
In Phu Yen, we’ll observe the building of traditional coracle boats and the careful mending of vivid yellow fishing nets. As the day fades, we’ll photograph the striking reflections and silhouettes of O Loan Lagoon at dusk. Every moment behind the lens promises something visually compelling.
-
We begin the day photographing the dramatic formations of Ganh Da Dia Cliff in the soft light of early morning. From above, our drones reveal Hon Yen, where fishermen live and work in quiet harmony with the sea.
In the afternoon, we turn our lenses toward local craftsmanship, observing coracle boat construction and sedge-mat weaving. These intimate sessions allow us to capture skilled artisans as they bring Phu Yen’s enduring traditions to life.
As evening approaches, we position ourselves on Vietnam’s longest bamboo bridge, perfectly placed to frame the sunset’s rich colors reflected in the calm river below, before returning to our hotel.
-
Our day begins in the serene glow of Ganh Den Lighthouse, where the first light of dawn paints the horizon in soft, luminous hues. From above, our drones capture Hon Yen’s fishermen, their nets moving rhythmically across the water, weaving quiet stories onto the sea’s canvas.
After returning to the hotel for some relaxation and cocktails, we depart for Quy Nhon, stopping to photograph Hon Kho’s seaweed fields at low tide. From the air, the vivid yellow seaweed creates striking geometric patterns, forming a breathtaking overhead composition.
In the late afternoon, we board the luxurious Reunification Train bound for Tam Ky. Upon arrival, our driver transfers us to the resort, where we settle in for the night.
-
We begin the day at Tam Tien Seafood Market, one of Central Vietnam’s most vibrant morning scenes. As fishermen unload their fresh catch, we capture the raw energy, colors, and rhythms of daily life amid the lively trade.
During the midday heat, we return to the hotel for rest and relaxation.
In the afternoon, we travel to Hoi An’s sleeping mat–weaving hamlet, where time slows and traditions endure. In this peaceful village, we engage with local artisans, learning about their customs and daily routines. Through our lenses, we document their lives and craftsmanship, gaining a deeper connection to Vietnamese culture.
-
Our photographic journey through historic Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, begins before sunrise in a lively fishing town. In the soft dawn light, we photograph nets heavy with silvery fish suspended above stilted platforms, capturing the quiet intensity of early-morning labor.
On the way back, we wander through Hoi An’s bustling morning market—a vivid tapestry of colors, textures, and aromas that reflects the town’s rich cultural heritage.
In the afternoon, we focus on intimate portrait sessions with two remarkable elderly women, whose expressive faces carry decades of stories. Their portraits become powerful symbols of Hoi An’s resilience and enduring spirit.
As the day winds down, we visit a southern Hoi An village, where sedge-grass fields stretch quietly and time seems to stand still. The gentle rhythm of local life offers a perfect setting to capture authentic moments and the timeless soul of rural Vietnam.
-
We begin the morning wandering through Hoi An Old Town, soaking in its timeless charm as we explore narrow lanes and historic architecture, capturing the quiet beauty of this UNESCO treasure.
In the afternoon, we travel along the scenic coastal road to Hue. Upon arrival, we photograph the imperial tombs, where models in traditional Áo Dài bring grace and refinement to the royal setting. The result is a series of images that feel cinematic, timeless, and editorial in style

After an early breakfast, we explore the Imperial City of Hue, photographing an Áo Dài model among its ancient walls in the soft morning light.
In the afternoon, we capture fishermen casting their nets on the tranquil Perfume River, followed by lanterns floating across the water at sunset—an atmospheric finale of light, motion, and tradition.
-
After checking out in Hue, we take a short flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival, we visit Quang Phu Cau, the vibrant incense village known for its striking colors and graphic compositions.
Back in the city, we check into our downtown hotel before heading out to explore Hanoi’s Old Quarter, photographing candid moments in its lively streets and narrow alleys. At sunset, we set up at a high vantage point near the iconic Long Bien Bridge for dramatic cityscape shots.
-
At dawn, we depart Hanoi for a rural town to document the traditional art of soy sauce production, where craftspeople in conical hats tend long rows of earthen jars under the open sky.
We then continue to Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famed for its dramatic limestone karsts and emerald waters. Boarding a traditional junk boat, we cruise through this otherworldly seascape, capturing the bay’s quiet beauty. Onboard comforts allow us to relax, refine our images, and fully immerse ourselves in Ha Long’s timeless atmosphere.
-
Wake up aboard our junk in Ha Long Bay as sunrise casts a golden glow over the limestone cliffs—an unforgettable moment for early risers. After a relaxed brunch on deck, we return to Hanoi. In the evening, we come together for a farewell dinner, celebrating the journey and the images captured across Vietnam.
